SMART Goals

S = specific – be clear about what you want to study and why
كن محدداً حول ماتريد أن تدرس ولماذا-محددة
M = measureable –gather information and data to study the effects
إجمع المعلومات والبيانات لدراسة التأثيرات-قابل للقياس
A = attainable – identify goals most important to you and the school

R = realistic – you believe this can be accomplished step by step
