1.คนแก่ที่ฟันคุดฝังอยูใ่ นกระดูกลึกๆโดยไม่มีอาการหรื อพยาธิ สภาพ
2.สุ ขภาพร่ างกายของคนไข้ไม่ดี ไม่พร้อมจะผ่าตัด
3.มีความจาเป็ นต้องใช้ฟันซี่ น้ ี เป็ น abutment ในกรณี ที่ตอ้ งถอน second molar
4.กรณี ที่ฟันคุดอยูต่ ิดกับอวัยวะสาคัญ เช่น maxillary sinus,inferior alveolar nerve
แล้วไม่มีอาการ
5.เมื่อผูป้ ่ วยไม่ตอ้ งการถอน
6.เมื่อมีความจาเป็ นต้องใช้ฟันซี่ น้ ี transplant แทนฟันที่ถกู ถอนหรื อเพื่อปิ ด OAC

-เอา dental sac หรื อ granulation

- ตะไบส่ วนที่แหลมคมของกระดูกให้มน
- ล้างแผลด้วยน้ าเกลือแล้วดูดออกให้หมด
- ให้คนไข้กดั ผ้า gauze แน่นๆเลือดจะออกเล็กน้อยซึ่ง
