Current works
• Cleaning up optimization code to ease use for
many videos
– Old code was thrown together as needs were
discovered, now with a clearer understanding of
how it all works, I am streamlining the process
• Learning Dakota
What next?
• Use new videos to get more accurate and
more consistent parameters
– Include measured parameters so there are fewer
variables than previous calibrations
• Investigate additional end effectors for
actuator
• Investigate which parameters (frictions, etc.)
create the most uncertainty using Dakota
