dakota and update the whole work to be more
compatible with both windows and ubuntu

studies

For multi-dim, around 1.25 s per case on a twoprocessor machine, if we have 7 variable, and set 8
sample points each, it'll run approximately 12 hours
if allocated 128 computing units of 3.20 GHz
