• การอุดหนุนที่บิดเบือนตลาดส่ วนใหญ่จะกระจุกตัวที่ผลิตภัณฑ์นม ฝ้าย และ น้ าตาล
• สาหรับสิ นค้าข้าวการอุดหนุนค่อยๆ ลดลง สื บเนื่องจากช่วงเวลาดังกล่าวราคาสิ นค้าข้าวสู งขึ้น
• ในส่ วนของข้าวโพด การอุดหนุนที่บิดเบือนตลาดสู งขึ้นมากในช่วงปี 2004 – 2005 เนื่องจากราคา
ข้าวโพดตกลง
• การอุดหนุนภายในที่บิดเบือนตลาดสาหรับผลิตภัณฑ์นม และน้ าตาลที่สหรัฐฯ แจ้ง แกว่งตัวอยูใ่ น
ระดับที่แคบ ไม่วา่ ในตลาดโลกจะเคลื่อนไหวไปในทิศทางใด เนื่องจากการอุดหนุนส่ วนใหญ่เป็ นการ
อุดหนุนที่ให้จากส่ วนต่างระหว่าง target price และ reference price ที่ fixed

แนวโน้มการอุดหนุนภายในของสหรัฐ
• Farm Bill 2008 ไม่มี reform ที่มีนยั สำคัญ ยังคงคงหลักกำร
และมำตรกำรอุดหนุนหลักๆ ของ Farm Bill 2002 มีกำรปรับเพิ่ม
รำคำเป้ำหมำยของสินค้ ำหลำยรำยในในโครงกำร counter
cyclical payment เช่น ข้ ำวสำลี ข้ ำวฟ่ ำง ข้ ำวบำร์ เลย์ ข้ ำวโอ๊ ต
