ערך לאבחנה? .אולי במקום לעסוק באבחנה הטיפול צריך להתייחס
לסימפטומים ולבעיות "חוצות אבחנה" כמו פחד ,המנעות ,מועקה,
מחשבות טורדניות וכו'
האם אבחון רב-מימדי נוסף/מחליף לאבחון הקטגוריאלי יעזרו
מבחינת אי הנחת?
אי נחת מגבולות האבחנה ::נורמלי ,תת-סינדרום וסינדרום .האם יש
לגבולות משמעות?
אי נחת משמוש היתר באבחנות PTSD -כדוגמא
OCDושיוכה לקבוצה חדשה? האם אכן מבטא חשיבה

גבולות האבחנה
• "הדבר היחיד שעלינו לפחוד ממנו הוא הפחד עצמו ,אותה
אימה ללא שם ,ללא מחשבה ,ללא הצדקה ,המשתקת את
המאמצים הנדרשים כדי להפוך את הנסיגה להתקדמות".
• לא פסיכיאטר קוגניטיבי-התנהגותי בכנס פתיחה להפרעות
חרדה אלא נשיא ארה"ב רוזוולט בנאום ההשבעה שלו ב
