1. 개 요
국가발전의 근간을 이루는 한국뿌리산업(용접, 주조, 금형, 소성가공, 표면처리, 열처리 등 6개 분야)은 심각한 인력난을
겪고 있습니다. 산업통상자원부, 법무부, 교육인적자원부, 중소기업청 등 각 관련부처에서는 한국뿌리산업에 종사할
전문 기술인력을 양성하기 위한 국가정책사업으로 동남아 21개국의 뿌리산업 취업희망 유학생을 유치하는 범정부
차원의 정책을 추진하고 있습니다.
사단법인 한국뿌리산업인력지원협회에서는 산업통상지원부 선정 국내 우수대학의 맞춤형 기능인력 양성에 적극
참여하여 국내 대학과 해외대학간 유학생 교류 협약 MOU 체결을 연계하고 있으며, 회원사와 대학에서 담당자를 직접
해외로 파견하여 인성검사 및 취업유학 희망학생 선발을 하도록 도움을 주고, 국내 각 대학에 위탁교육을 실시하여
일정자격과 TOPIK 2급, 전문학사학위 취득 후 국내에 취업할 수 있도록 하는 사업을 추진하고 있습니다. 여러분의 많은
협조와 지도 편달을 바라며 좋은 의견 주시면 적극 반영하여 국가 뿌리산업에 이바지 하고자 합니다.
1. 概要
作为国家发展的根基，韩国Ppuri产业目前正面临着严峻的人才不足问题，为了培养Ppuri产业内专门性人才，韩国政府联
合了产业通商资源部、法务部、教育人力资源部、中小企业厅等部门出台了相应的国家政策性
措施为东南亚21多个国家的留学生的居留提供积极的支援。在这一政策下，我们社团法人韩国Ppuri产业人力资源协会与韩
国产业通商资源部选定的韩国国内一流大学共同合作致力培养产业适应型人才，协调韩国国内大学与世界其他大学签订学
生交流MOU，帮助协会内的企业及学校到当地现场招募学生并对其进行面试，将学生委托于大学进行培养，在学生掌握一
定技能、资格后为其提供就业岗位。我们希望各界能对我们这一事业给予协助及鞭策，如有好的建议，我们会积极配合，
支持Ppuri产业的发展。
1. ABSTRACT
As the foundation of national development, the Ppuri Industry (including the welding, foundry, molding, plastic working, surface
preparation, heat treatment) faces a serious lack of manpower. In order to cultivate professionals for Ppuri Industry, the government
including the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of justice, the Ministry of Education & Human Resources
Development and the Small and Medium Business Administration promote new policy to help the arrangement of foreign students
from the Southeast Asia 21countries. Guided by this policy , we (Corporation) Korea National Ppuri Industry Human Resource
Association and Korean universities appointed by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of Korea Government will make
common effort to cultivate people with practice ability; promote cooperation between Korean colleges and other countries in the
world and MOU of Student Exchange Program; recruit local students and help enterprises affiliated and colleges to interview the
students around world ; entrust colleges with students training; offer a job to students when they have the ability and skills. We hope
your assistance and criticism. If you have any suggestions and share them with us, we’ll actively cooperate and support 2
the
development of the Ppuri Industry .
2. 뿌리산업 취업유학
한국의 뿌리산업에 취업할 외국인 유학생을 한국의 우수한 대학으로 선정된 10개 대학(현재 3개 대학, 연내 7개 대학 추
가 선정 예정)에서 기술인력을 양성하여 뿌리산업현장에 취업하는 국책사업의 일환으로, 정부로부터 선정된 10개 대학
에서 중점적으로 해외 유학생을 선발, 뿌리산업의 현장맞춤형교육과 취업 및 학습을 병행하는 프로그램입니다.
2. Ppuri产业留学生的就业
希望在韩国Ppuri产业就业的外国留学生将在韩国政府在全国选取的10所大学中被培养为技术型人才，并最终在Ppuri产业
一线成功就业。作为韩国国策事业的一环，该项目就是在这 10所大学中集中选拔海外留学生，并就业于Ppuri产业的适用
于现场的实用课程与就业并行项目。
2. THE FOREIGN STUDENT WHO ENGAGED IN THE PPURI INDUSTRY
The Korean government selects 10 universities to cultivate international professionals who want to work in the
Ppuri Industry and help them to engage in the Ppuri Industry. As a part of promoting the Ppuri Industry policy
introduced by Korean government, The content of this program is that the 10 universities selected will recruit
overseas students, help those students accept the education and training of practice ability which is required in
actual practices in Ppuri Industry and engage in the Ppuri Industry at the same time.

3. 사단법인 한국뿌리산업인력지원협회
사단법인 한국뿌리산업인력지원협회(KPIHRA, Korea National Ppuri Industry Human Resource Association)는
뿌리산업분야의 중소기업청 산하 기업체 회원으로 구성된 비영리법인입니다.
한국 뿌리산업의 인력난 해소를 위하여 동남아 21개국의 우수한 인력을 선발하여 한국에서 유학과 실습을 병행하
는 맞춤형 교육 이수 후 현장취업을 지원하여 협회산하 뿌리산업 회원사들에게 안정적인 인력공급을 도모하고 있
습니다.

Association)是以韩国Ppuri产业的中小企业为主要会员的非盈利法人,在Ppuri产业面临人力资源缺失的形势下,
从东南亚21个国家中选拔优秀人才,对这些留学生提供就学及实习教育，对其后的现场就业提供支援, 同时向Ppuri产
业供应稳定的人力支持的非营利性团体。
3. KOREA NATIONAL PPURI INDUSTRY HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATION
Korea National Ppuri Industry Human Resource Association is a non-profit corporation of small and medium
business members within the Ppuri Industry, facing with shortage of manpower in the Ppuri Industry, we
association help to recruit professionals from 21 counties to provide manpower. In the meantime, we
association help international students in their study, internship and job hunting after graduation.

4. 한국뿌리산업인력지원협회 업무의 특징
한국 정부에서 정식 승인[산업통장자원부 산하 중소기업청 허가번호 2015-1호(2015. 01. 05)]을 받은 비영리법인으
로서 한국의 유수 대학들과 산학협력 MOU를 체결하여 건실한 뿌리산업 기업체들의 산학협력을 주도하고 있습니다.
뿌리산업에 취업하기를 희망하는 유학생들에 대하여 협회 산하의 기업체들에 재학 중 맞춤형 실습교육을 제공하고
과정 이수 후 전문대학 학위 취득자에게 회원사로의 취업을 지원하게 됩니다.
또한 뿌리산업 취업 유학생들의 본과 입학시 첫 학기 등록금의 50%도 협회에서 지원합니다.
4. Ppuri产业人力资源政策的特征
本协会是经韩国政府中小企业厅许可的非盈利法人。本协会与韩国一流大学缔结了产学协定MOU，主导与Ppuri产业内
中坚企业的产学协力，向希望就职于Ppuri产业的留学生提供就学过程中实习的机会以及100%的就业支援。另外，本协
会还向留学生提供第一学期学费的50%。
4. THE FEATURE OF THE PPURI INDUSTRY HUMAN RESOURCE SUPPORT
PROGRAM
As a association having the official approval ,we promote the contract of academic-industrial cooperation MOU
between universities and enterprises; offer the international students who want to engage in the Ppuri
Industry the opportunities of practical training while studying and promise the 100% success in getting a job
after graduation. In addition, we will offer 50% of the tuition of the first semester.

5. 뿌리산업 취업자의 정부정책
외국인기술인력양성대학교에서 한국어 TOPIK 2~3급을 취득하고 본과 과정 이수(고졸자인 경우 2년, 전문학사 소지
자인 경우 1년) 후 협회산하 뿌리산업에 취업한 자는 전문직 취업비자(E-7)로 체류자격을 변경하여 5~10년 국내에
서 취업할 수 있도록 하고, 한국 영주권 및 국적취득도 부여하는 한국정부의 특별한 혜택이 있는 프로젝트입니다.
5. 协会相关支援政策
该项目是从韩国政府方面，对毕业于韩国技术型人才培育大学并从事于Ppuri产业的留学生获取专门职业就业签证（E7）并在工作满5年以上时，申请韩国永住权及国籍提供支援的项目。
5. THE SUPPORT POLICY FROM THE ASSOCIATION
This program helps the international students graduating from Korean vocational training college to obtain the
visa (E-7) and benefits the students who want to obtain the permanent residency or the citizenship after 5 years
of working.

10. THE PROCEDURE OF THE PROGRAM
The procedure of entrance

go on an on-site survey and have a interview to select students.
③ pay the tuition fee (about $8,000 for a year two semesters: including room and board.)
④ Issue the Certification of Admission

－高中毕业或专科毕业。通过韩语TOPIK 2级考试者无需进行语言学习便可直接进入学校课程的学习。

-Have a high school diploma or the technical college degree. The students who have passed the TOPIK level 2
can take the regular courses directly.
