• เกรด 0 : ปกติ turbinate เต็มช่องจมูก septum สมมาตร
และตั้งตรง
• เกรด 1 : กายวิภาคเบี่ยงไปจากปกติเล็กน้อย ไม่พบ
atrophy
• เกรด 2 : การเกิด atrophy เล็กน้อยจนรุ นแรง มีช่องว่าง
เกิดขึ้น 6 มม. ในเฉพาะช่วงล่าง เกิด degeneration ใน
ี่
• เกรด 3 : การเปลี่ยนแปลงปานกลาง septum มีการเบี่ยง
ไปในระดับปานกลาง มีช่องว่าง 7 มม. เกิด
degeneration ที่ ventral scroll ระดับปานกลาง
• เกรด 4 : การเปลี่ยนแปลงระดับปานกลางถึงรุ นแรง มี
การเบี่ยงของ septum ระหว่างปานกลาง มีช่องว่าง >8 มม.
ventral scroll หายไปข้างหนึ่ง เกิด degeneration ระดับปาน
กลางจนรุ นแรง มี fibrous แทรก ventral scroll
• เกรด 5 : การเปลี่ยนแปลงรุ นแรง มีการสูญเสี ย ventral
