Door de nieuwe gemodificeerd filtratie techniek van de hydrosense ® Industriële Legionella Test ™
brengt SunRay Trading deze snelle, efficiënte en zeer
betrouwbare methode terug op de markt.
Door de nieuw filtratie techniek is het concentratie
proces zeer eenvoudig en kan de kit nu worden ingezet
als u een snel en vooral een betrouwbaar resultaat
wenst. Juiste en snelle informatie over gevaarlijke en
ongevaarlijke Legionella bacteriën zal leiden tot een
enorme reductie van kosten.
Met de halfuur Legionella test is in een halfuur uur vast
te stellen of een watermonster legionella bevat en of het
hierbij om een ziekteverwekkende variant gaat. De
halfuur test is daarmee veel sneller dan de Legionellachip of de traditionele methoden, zoals kweek
en PCR en is Sneller ingrijpen bij legionella-uitbraak mogelijk. De noodzaak tot snel handelen is
ondertussen wel aangetoond, met de West Friese flora als desastreuze mijlpaal. DE snelle halfuur

Specificity
Tested against a wide range of waterborne bacteria, including
Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, Aeromonas hydrophila subsp. hydrophila,
Bacillus subtilis, Burkholderia cepacia, Citrobacter freudii, Citrobacter
koseri, Esherichia coli, Enterbacter cloacae, Klebsiella oxytoca,
Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Pseudomonas
putida, Pseudomonas stutzeri, Ralstonia pickettii, Raoultella terrrigena,
Streptococcus pyrogenes, Yersinia ruckeri. No cross reactions observec
at concentrations ≤ 109 CFU/L.
Staphylococcus aureus has been observed to cross react with the test at
concentrations > 108 CFU/L.
Legionella pneumophila serogroups 4 & 7 cross react with the test at
concentrations > 109 CFU/sample. The test does not react with any
other L.pneumophila serogroups or L. species tested.

Sample parameters
The product has been tested with a range of common biocides and
biodispersants used in Legionella control, at their normal maximum
operating concentration. Active ingredients tested include:
glutaraldehyde, didecyl-dimethyl-ammonium chloride, isolthazoles,
dibromonitrilopropionamide, ionic and non-ionic surfactants. The test
gives a false positive if used with polymeric biguanide or THPS.
