-- decay solenoid is cold, will be baby-sited cold during shut down
-- first priority locally
-- please write regular report of status
-- TOF0, TOF1, BLM in good shape installed commissioned
-- GVA2 GVA3 removed
-- GVA1 will stay until FNAL BLM provides equiv. Services reliably
-- target has to be removed from ISIS and inspected
-- integration of DAQ to be completed
-- “MICE Console project” (TJR: where do we stand?)
-- inventory of electrical equipment to be performed ==> Steve Griffith
-- Entrance to Hall: sign up sheet on the way from MLCR.
-- +many little things which will be listed
-- improve documentation (Shift checklist, shifters guide etc…)

Life of MOM is very much padlocked!
Keys to Mice Control room are to be stored/obtained
from ISIS control room,
Keys to hall and DSA as well
At present the padlocks of the beam dump ‘safety stop’ are not useful.

Contact lists
‘no MICE equipment should be left unattended’
As clearly demonstrated with the target problems this week-end
we must improve the contact list to make sure that each MICE
sub-component has a single point of contact that always responds!
==> review the MICE contact list.
