We will shortly be looking for a handful of organisations to
work with us in Cohort 2 of the Academy's pilot of talent
management tools. Full details will be available by the end of
the month but interested organisations can contact us now
for a discussion. An invitation to join the second phase of the
Innov8 Charter will also be out later in November. Phase 2
starts in March with a 2 day summit which is currently being
designed and will include a session from Professor Michael
West. To support this work we will design and pilot a line
manager programme 'Developing Diverse Talent'. Finally, we
will be testing a dataset with HRDs to monitor and forecast
demand and supply for key leadership roles and their
development. For further information contact
