A GOAL is something that you work toward and hope to achieve. Goals can act as DIRECTIONS for your life to help you stay focused. “If you aim at nothing you will hit it every time.” What are SHORT TERM goals? …goals that can be achieved quickly. What are LONG TERM goals? … goals that take months or even years to achieve. What are mid-range goals? … goals that are stepping stones leading from short term goals to long term goals You use mid-range goals like checkpoints or directions from where you are now to your ultimate goal. In this way you can aim for huge goals and have the support of stepping stones along the way to aim for.
