What Did We Hear?
Do more of this
• Let the system do the math, provide the correct options for my job,
update my balances and allow me to request time off
• Process time entered on my timesheet, even if I’m out sick and my
supervisor is out of town the day they’re due.
• Display clock in/out times directly on my timesheet
• Allow me to correct errors and add comments from any computer
• Integrate special leave (FMLA, disability, state-specific programs)
• Give HR employees time to do more HR work
• Interpret and apply rules and policy consistently
• Provide scheduling solution
Beyond this project’s scope—of
interest for future phases
• Speed up hiring process
