Change Management Process
CLEC/Qwest Redesign Effort
Our Approach



The Redesign Team agreed to address the processes related to
changes to OSS interfaces first, and then the processes related to
product and process changes.
We also addressed cross-functional processes, such as escalation
and dispute resolution, managing the change management process,
meetings, production support, the exception process, and voting.
Once agreement was reached on a given process, Qwest quickly
implemented the improvement.
