Metered-dose inhaler

ประโยชน์ ของ spacer
1.ผู้ป่วยสามารถสูดยาจาก spacer ได้ โดยตรง โดยไม่ต้องอาศัย
ความสอดคล้ องระหว่างการกดเครื่ อง PMDI กับการสูดหายใจ
เข้ า สามารถใช้ กบั ผู้ป่วยเด็กเล็กและผู้สงู อายุได้
2.ลดการตกค้ างของยาในปาก ทาให้ ลดผลข้ างเคียง เช่น เชื ้อราในปาก
ปากแห้ งได้
3.ละอองยาซึง่ ถูกพ่นออกมาอยูใ่ น spacer จะระเหยจนมีขนาด
