GIM 19 to include non-competing
renewals



GIM 19 currently addresses OSP deadlines for
receiving competing proposals
OSP also receives, reviews and submits both
paper and electronic non-competing
continuation progress reports (“non-competing
renewals”), routed on GC-1s
Non-competing renewal submissions also have
Sponsor deadlines
OSP deadline for noncompeting
renewal submissions


Non-competing renewals, received in OSP, that
are “Ready to Submit” by noon, two business
days prior to Sponsor deadline, will be reviewed
and submitted by Sponsor deadline
Non-competing renewals that do not meet the
two day deadline will be reviewed and submitted
by OSP within five business days of the date it is
received by OSP.

GIM 19 to be updated by July 20th and in
effect for noncompeting continuations
received in OSP after that date.
