Provides additional resources and expertise
to OSP
 Supports OSP in the timely and effective
handling of contractual awards and other
agreements

implementation (approx 3-6
months/supported by Finance)

Staffing & FTE analysis underway
Developing detailed staff & FTE analysis
 Along with review of scope of services

report on resource needs for current
scope of services

