 Each project will be judged twice or more

Important Dates








12/16/13- Deadline for Registration. All projects
proposals will be reviewed and if disapproved students will
be notified via e-mail that week. Meeting will be held that
day at lunch.
1/14/14- Meeting at lunch for assistance
2/3/14- Meeting held at lunch for more information
about the fair, possibly handing out the poster boards
2/6/14- Meeting after school for students
2/11/14- Meeting at lunch
2/14/12- After school meeting for students to help with
projects
*2/25/14- Final meeting for students going over any last
minute topics, assisting them with anything, going over
procedure upon arrival, set up in gym or cafeteria, rules
and regulations, awards, and timing.

will vary depending on students needs
