Help Make Learning Fun

In coordination with your club’s VPE, a week before a meeting date send out an email with a teaser subject line of “Come

prepared. There may be a quiz.”

During the meeting, the VPE can ”quiz” the attendees about the requirements are for a certain advancement. The prize for the most correct answers? Bragging rights. Then publicize the outcome in your news letter or in a post-meeting PR email.

MAKE ONE CALL !

1.Call the largest newspaper in your area. 2.Ask for the business editor.

3.Explain your purpose.

4.Send the contact info to [email protected]

Work Closely with your Vice President Education (VPE)

SPECIAL NOTE: Terry Rogers is the District 62 Lt. Governor Education & Training Toastmasters is all about education, learning, and improving. Everyone experiences a sense of pride and a sense of accomplishment when each manual project is completed and each designation is earned.

For some members, receiving recognition from Toastmasters may be the only recognition they have received in a very long time.

As club, area, division, and district officers, we owe our members the benefit of our individual and collective efforts to make their Toastmasters experience as fulfilling as possible.
