Navigating District Central
Go to Toastmasters website to sign in:
http://www.toastmasters.org/Members.aspx

If logging in for the first time, you can use either
your member number or email address on
record at Toastmasters International.

You will get the welcome screen including
the red District Central button at left.

Click on District Central to the left and District
25 will appear to the right. Click on District 25.

You will see your options in District Central
appear to the right. Click on “Submit Area
Governor’s Club Visit Report.”

First page of actual report. Your first report
will show Round 1, November 30.

Enter date and Club Number or Club Name

Club will appear. Click on Club Name to start
entering information.

A page will appear for you to start entering information.
You will see information in red with important
information to note about time, saving your work, and
submission requirements.

* Step one continued; don’t forget to save! You have the
option to save and come back to the report later, or save and
continue to the next page.
* Continue in same manner until you have completed the
required information in Steps 2-4.

Step 4 is the DCP goals page. Use information
obtained from club. Remember, all fields must
have data entered.

Summary page shows any missing data in red. All
fields throughout the report must be filled in before
being able to submit report to Toastmasters
International.

Once report is properly submitted to TI, you will receive
a confirmation email containing a copy of the report. If
you do not receive one, contact me at
