Who does it impact?



All staff within Radiation Oncology.
Regular staff paid biweekly and
monthly
Temporary staff paid biweekly
What is my role?







You will be a time reporter, using “Report Time”
functionality in Wolverine Access.
You will enter the same type of time data as you
did on the hardcopy time report.
Staff members paid biweekly will report all hours
worked.
Staff members paid monthly will report only
exception time.
Overtime must still be requested in advance
Notification to your supervisor for sick, vacation
or PTO time will remain the same.
Staff members are encouraged to enter time
data, particularly exception time, as it occurs.
Future exception time can be entered in advance.
When will I start?

Biweekly-paid staff


will begin entering time data for the
pay period 10/2/11 through 10/15/11,
pay date 10/21/11. All time data
should be entered before you leave on
your last workday on or before
10/14/11.
“Report Time” access available as of
10/6/11.
When will I start?

Monthly-Paid Campus (Vac/Sick)


will begin entering exception time data
for October, 2011 (to be processed
with the November monthly payroll).
All time data should be entered before
you leave on your last workday on or
before 11/3/11. (3rd business day of
the following month)
System access available on 11/1/11.
When will I start?

Monthly-Paid Hospital (PTO)


will begin entering exception time data
for November 2011 (to be processed
with the November monthly payroll).
All time data should be entered before
you leave on your last workday on or
before 11/18/11.
System access available on 11/1/11.
What is the on-going schedule?



Each pay period, you will receive a
departmental “reminder” about
entering time by the deadline.
Biweekly deadline: 4:00 PM on your
last workday of the pay period.
Monthly deadline: 4:00 PM on the
3rd workday of the next month.
How do I correct time from a prior pay
period?




Use “Report Time” in Employee
Business.
Navigate to the “Timesheet” web
page for the date(s) to be corrected.
Enter your updates and click
“Submit”.
Once “approved”, these updates will
be processed with your next
scheduled biweekly or monthly
payroll.
How do I learn more?


Before you have access to “Report Time”,
you can learn more by navigating to
Wolverine Access, Faculty & Staff,
Employee Business. Select “? Self Service
Help”, Employee Business, Time Reporting,
Report Time to view the “Help: Report Time
– Self Service Time Entry in Employee
Business” documentation. Instructions,
demonstrations and calendar information
are available.
