To provide Government agencies with customized training, learning, and human capital solutions that maximize individual, team, and enterprise performance.

TMA: Who We Are
• Established in 1982 as a reimbursable program in OPM • Contract vehicle for quick access to private sector contractors with expertise in developing and implementing learning and human capital solutions • Current contract period is through 3/31/12 • Manage 550+ projects annually • Support 140+ government customers 5

“We guarantee the performance of our commercial partners and stand behind the quality of our products.” • If a contractor is not performing well, your TMA Project Manager will intervene immediately & establish a plan to get back on track.
• If a contractor does not improve in a reasonable time, with your concurrence your TMA Project Manager can move the project to another contractor in days.
•TMA has achieved a 99% deliverable acceptance rate since FY 2000.
