To provide Government agencies with
customized training, learning, and human
capital solutions that maximize individual,

• Established in 1982 as a reimbursable
program in OPM
• Contract vehicle for quick access to privatesector contractors with expertise in
developing and implementing learning and
human capital solutions
• Current contract period is 10/01-9/06
• Manage 500+ projects annually

• 19 pre-qualified commercial partners

• If a contractor is not performing well, your TMA
Project Manager will intervene immediately &
establish a plan to get back on track.
• If a contractor does not improve in a reasonable
time, with your concurrence your TMA Project
Manager can move the project to another contractor
in days.
•TMA has achieved a 99% deliverable acceptance
rate since FY 2000.
