And they’re off…..!!!
Bristol Civil Service Sports Club is pleased to announce its’
day at the races on Sunday 26th July 2015 at Newbury.
Coach will leave the Civil Service Club car park at 9.30.am.
And will leave Newbury approximately 15 minutes after the
end of the final race. It will bring you directly back to the
club where a complimentary light finger buffet will be
included as part of your day out to nibble on with a beer
whilst you either count your winnings or reflect on whether it
was wise to bet on a three legged donkey – even at 1000-1 !!!
The cost of this trip includes the coach and the buffet leaving
members and their guests the choice of which area of the
course they wish to watch the racing from.
This year the cost to members is free - yes – free and £10
for any guests. To book your places please show your
membership card to the bar staff and pay a holding fee of
£5. This £5 will then be returned to you when you arrive for
the coach on the day. This is just to ensure that those who
really want to go do get the opportunity and places aren’t
booked by people who don’t bother to turn up on the day.
Guests will just need to pay the full £10 fee.
