1. Please enter quietly
2. Have a seat
3. Take out your Materials
4. Review the agenda
5. Start “Do Now” activity
1. Enter quietly if door is open
2. Excused: Place excuse in
the basket near the door.
3. Unexcused: You will be
referred to guidance and the
office.
4. Find your seat and take out
your materials
When we want your attention we
will stand in front of the class and
raise our hand. All students will
then quiet down and wait for
further instructions.
•In order to use the bathroom,
students need to first ask
permission.
•Students then need to fill out the
sign out sheet.
• ONLY ONE OUT AT A TIME!

* Work on ANY unfinished math work
* Get a head start on tonight’s
homework
* Read a book silently
*Work on any outstanding project or
long term assignment
*PLEASE participate
* I want to hear what you have to say
* Make all questions and comments relevant
to the current discussion
* If your question is off the topic, write it
down and ask later.
*The teacher and the teacher ALONE
dismisses you, no one else
*Do not start packing up until the teacher says
it is ok
*Stay in your seats until the teacher officially
dismisses you with:
“Have a nice day.”
•It is not easy to be a substitute teacher and
therefore, we feel that the students should behave
more when the teacher is not there.
•If a student misbehaves for a substitute, that
student will automatically receive a detention from
the teacher and serve that detention the following
day afterschool.
