農藥基本知識
• 用於防除農林作物或其產物之病蟲鼠害
、雜草者，或用於調節農林作物生長或
影響其生理作用者，或用於調節有益昆
蟲生長者。
• 國際上依農藥之防治對象分類為殺菌劑
、殺蟲劑、除草劑、殺蟎劑、殺鼠劑、
殺線蟲劑、植物生長調節劑、除螺劑、
除藻劑等。國內農藥分類與國際相同，
國內農藥
• 核准登記517種農藥產品，其農藥有效
成分計366種。
• 各類數量：殺菌劑190種、殺蟲劑167種
、除草劑97種、殺蟎劑26種、殺鼠劑5
種、殺線蟲劑7種、植物生長調節劑26
種、除螺劑2種、除藻劑1種，另有殺蟲
殺線蟲混合劑1種，殺蟲殺菌混合劑1種
，共計而。
農藥的毒性
• 毒性之定義為凡物質過量即具有毒性
• 大部分農藥適量使用對人、畜及環境並
不具毒性，亦不會造成不良影響
• 農藥之毒性廣義分類
– 對哺乳動物急性、慢性毒性
– 對生態環境之影響，非目標生物之毒性(包
括對水生物、鳥類之急性、慢性毒性、蜜蜂
蚯蚓等有益生物毒性等)
農藥的毒性
• 生物性農藥(biological pesticides, biopesticides)
– 由天然物質如動物、植物、微生物及其所衍生之產
品。對人畜較安全無毒害
– 國內已登記生物性農藥約15種，美國約有175種
• 傳統化學農藥
– 化學農藥目前仍屬農藥之大宗；
– 有機磷劑、有基氮及雜環化合物、氨基甲酸鹽劑、
合成除蟲菊精類、尿素系、三唑系、三氮井系、苯
氧酸系、二硫代氨基甲酸鹽類等。

Traceability的目的
• 確實交付顧客所需的產品。
• 檢查出缺陷或問題時，可採取適當處理，防止產品流
出或使用，並可回收、修理、交付適當的替代品。
• 掌握缺陷或問題發生的原因，防止錯誤再度發生。
• 糾正措施(Corrective action)
• 預防類似的缺陷或問題發生。
• 預防措施(Preventive action)
• 提供顧客”安心”，博得顧客的信賴。
• 資料提供、accountability
• “traceability”是品質管理系統的重要要素之一。

•依日本工業標準(JIS)之定義
–食品與相關資訊在生產、加工、流通、銷售的每一
階段中，都可以向上游或下游追蹤查詢。
