2°) Diagnostics étiologiques:
– Le premier diagnostic à évoquer
systématiquement est une arthrite septique:
• Arthrite à pyogène
• Arthrite BK
– Arthrites microcristallines
– Rhumatismes inflammatoires (PR et SPAo) et
connectivites
– +- infection post virale et post infectieuse

CAT devant une polyarthrite
(>ou= à 4 articulations)
• Éliminer en priorité une étiologie
infectieuse (très rare mais à évoquer de
principe)
– Endocardite d’osler
– Polyarthrite gonococcique ou à germes
banals
– Borréliose de lyme et brucellose…
