Location:
The building is situated in the city center of Szeged, directly in the
neighboorhood of the downtown, opposite of the Saint Anna Bath. It
is located at the junction of the Kossuth Lajos Avenue, which leads
from Budapest, and the Tisza Lajos Boulevard, which bounds the
downtown.
Transport:
The business center is situated about two minutes walk distance
from the downtown, and there are more bus-, tram-, and
troleystations at the opposite of the building.
Environmental awareness is very important for us, therefore we
constantly trying to help with bike sheds, dressing rooms and
showers for the cyclists.
Parking: In the surrounding streets there are pay parking.
In the private parking next to the business center the renters can
favorably rent a parking place.

The description of the building
• In Szeged, the business center is known as Post Palace, named by
the architectural innovations, through which at the handover in 1979
it was Hungary’s most ergonomic building.
• The center is well maintained.
• The building has a 11.863m² area. It has two main annexes, with 3
stairways, 4 passenger elevators and a goods lift. In every storey
there is a male and female plumbing unit, available for the renters.
• The telecommunication tools, optical cables, batteries, diesel
generators, that are installed in the business center, enticed
Hungary’s grand telecommunication companies – furthermore the
smaller firms take the advantage of the great infrastructure. The
superior renters of the business center are National Police
Headquarters, Tax and Financial Control Administration, Tesco
Express, OCE – International Company Group, and Invitel – a key
player in Hungary’s telecommunications market.
• The building is centrally not air-conditioned, but the renewed offices
are equipped with own air-conditioning systems. The reception is
located on the ground floor, opposite of the main entrance.
