2 Constitution 关于体质
• (1)Definition概念：
It refers to the characteristics of life which
formed by interactions between innateness
and acquired environments. It is manifested
by body structure, physical function ,
metabolism and personality.
先天禀赋及后天环境相互作用下的生命特
征。通过形态结构、生理功能、能量代谢
、性格心理四个方面综合表达于外。

Constitution of yin-yang harmony :
this kind of people are born in longlive families , with mild temper and
steady weight
平和质：长寿家族、性格温和、体
重稳定
Constitution of Yang-deficiency : this
kind of people adverse to coldness
with cold limbs ,clear urine and watery
stool
阳虚质：畏寒怕冷、四肢发凉，尿清
便烂
Constitution of Qi-deficiency : this kind of people
are easy to get tired with low and timid voice and
flaccid skin
气虚质：容易疲劳、语声低怯、肌肤松弛
Constitution of Yin-deficiency : this kind of
people have tight muscles, bright eyes and red
mouths
阴虚质：肌肉紧实，眼睛明亮，口唇鲜红
Constitution of dampness-heat : this kind of people
are impetuous and easy to get angry, they have
yellow coats, urine, leukorrhea and thread pulse.
湿热质：性急易怒，苔黄脉弦，尿黄带黄
Constitution of Phlegm-dampness : this kind of
people have good appetite, they are fat and often
snore, and have sticky stool and profuse phlegm
痰湿质：食欲旺盛，肥胖打鼾，便粘痰多
Constitution of Blood-stasis : this kind of people
have conflicting mood, dark lips , face, and
tongue
瘀血质：长期纠结，面唇晦暗，舌色青紫
Constitution of Qi-stagnation : this kind of
people are of few words, sensitive, they have
depressed mood and disharmony between
intestines and stomach
气郁质：内向敏感，七情不畅，肠胃不和
