. After receiving this form you will be notified with a voucher confirming your booking, without this confirmation voucher the booking isn’t complete. You may be asked to present the voucher during the Cancellation

Full refund will be given for cancellations received before 4th September 2015. 50% refund for cancellations before 11th September 2015. No refund will be honoured after this date.

Booking conditions

Please ensure that your business holds a valid Public Liability Insurance on the date of the Expo as you may be asked to present it. If you are selling food on the day you must present Food Hygiene Certificate however all food sales must be agreed during the time of booking.

Electricity

By booking electricity you agree to bring along equipment that has been PAC tested and will draw reasonable amount of current. Large machinery or high voltage equipment must be announced and agreed during booking.

Stand

You are allocated a space with standard dimensions of 2 x 2.5m. If you require a non standard space you must notify us while booking as large space accurse an additional £25+VAT charge. Please talk to us about exhibiting outdoor.
