BOOKING GENERAL TERMS
1. THE BOOKING
You can book by mail, telephone, fax or email.
Before you send your booking, please phone so as to make sure it is available.
The booking of an accommodation implies that you have to sign the booking contract and pay a downpayment corresponding to 25%
of the total amount of the stay plus the booking fees.
The booking of a pitch implies that you have to sign the booking contract and pay a downpayment corresponding to 100€ plus the
booking fees.
The booking is definite as soon as it is subject to a written confirmation from us.
You shall pay the amount of the stay in a pitch or in an accommodation at your arrival.
Once the stay is started we can’t refund you in case of an early departure whatever the reason maybe.
In case of a cancellation at least one month before the expected arrival date, we pay you the deposit back - after this period we shall not pay
any amount back – in any case file charges can’t be paid back.
If we don’t have any news from you within 24 hours after expected arrival date, we are entitled to cancel the booking and you can’t be refunded.
2.
TARIFS :
The accommodations include : the renting of the pitch, water, electricity, gas, the access to the swimming-pool and the waterslide, the
playground and the washroom facilities.

The tariffs don’t include : the tourist taxe (0.50€/person/+18 years/days), linen renting…
3. THE RENTAL
The bare pitch booked is rented for a night. It is available from 2:00 pm the day when you arrive, and you shall leave it before 12:00 am
the day when you leave.
The rental is available from Saturday in Saturday in July and in August. It is available from 4:00 pm the day when you arrive, and you shall
leave it before 10:00 am the day when you leave. Except during this period, we can rent per night or per weekend. The day when you arrive,
you shall pay 200€ guarantee for possible damages and a 60€ guarantee for the housework, we will give them back to you the day when you
leave depending on the inventory of fixtures.
For the rental the number of persons who can use the material is 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 depending on the rentals. This is a maximum number, if there is
an extra person or if you don’t declare the exact number, the present contract shall be cancelled and the amounts paid shall not be paid back.
4. CANCELLATION INSURANCE
