Select destination location or hotel name if known
Select check in/ check out date
Click Go
Hotels are plotted on the map along with your Agencies facilities
Green - Hotels
Red Agency facilities
If you require further information regarding any of the hotels click on the
green “More Info” button
Facilities and photos of the selected hotel will be displayed.
If you would like to book this property please click “BOOK NOW”
If you would like to choose another property, please click “Back to Search Results”
Enter passenger details and employee number if required by your Agency
Select room only or ancillary services authorised to be charged to your Agency
Complete booking details field
Select payment option- If using Card in Hand – complete travellers card details
Select payment- If using Agency Card
Click finalise booking
You can book or request a quote for hotel based Venue Hire on
the accommodation search page
