CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Substitution of Delegates can be made at any time. Cancellations may be submitted no later than Thursday
23rd September 2010 and will receive a 50% refund of booking fees. There is no refund for cancellations
received after this date. EIC reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. EIC is
