سعفة الذقن (اللحية) Tinea barbae
هذا المصطلح يطلق على العدوى الفطرية التي تصيب منطقة في الوجه (وخاصة
الذقن والشنب) بنوع الفطر الجلدي .
وهي أقل شيوعاً من سعفة الرأس ,وعامة تصيب الرجال البالغين .غالباً ما يكون
سبب السعفة هو الفطريات أليفة الحيوانات ( )zoophylicومنها :
الفطورالشعرويّة الثؤلوليّة و مصدرها األغنام (T. verrucosum) .

والسعفة الذقنية ناتجة عن إصابة وعدوى شعر الوجه الخشن مع وجود فطور
شعرية خارجية (أبواغ خارجية) .في هذه العدوى تظهر أبواغ وخيوط الفطر
تغطي الجزء الظاهر من الشعر

السمات اإلكلينيكية :
هذا النوع من السعفة يصيب غالباً أكثر المزارعين الحتكاكهم المباشر بالحيوانات
المصابة بهذا الفطر ولكن نادراً ما ينتقل من إنسان إلى إنسان آخر .
السعفة الذقنية دائماً تكون مصحوبة
التهاب واحمرار منطقة اإلصابة
وبثور و ُجلب حول الشعر
سقوط الشعر بسهولة
غير مثيرة جداً للحكًّ أو مؤلمة .
يمكن أن ينتج عن السعفة الذقنية حالة تفاعل ذاتي ,خاصة مباشرةً بعد ابتداء
أخذ العالج المضاد للفطريات .

التشخيص :
تشخيص السعفة الذقنية يتم إثباته بواسطة الفحص المجهري و زراعة عينات من
الجلد المكشوط والشعر المسحوب من الجذور .
