•

The network is offered as a roaming network that can be shared by other
operators.
Subscriber in the village is registered on the local GSM Network
Based on their IMSI number, Vivada identifies parent operator and
transfers the call
When subscriber makes a call WTL central switch will query his balance
from MNO MSC via Camel
For on-net calls queries the parent operator for balance and terminate the
call within the network
Off-net calls, will be terminated by the parent Operator’s network
When the call ends the WTL central switch will inform Operators network
for balance update and billing.
