• A school’s 2012-13 Accreditation status is not affected
by the ESEA waiver.
• The 2012 QPA Summary Report has each school’s
2012-13 QPA status, based on the 2011 AYP targets.
• Any school, during the 2012-13 school year with a new
Accreditation status (on watch, on improvement), will not
be required to submit a new plan to the state.

districts are highly encouraged to examine data and
make plans for improvement based on data.
