Due Dates
For
a fall semester team visit (SeptemberDecember) the self study and all supporting
documents must be received by July 1.
For a spring team visit (January - May) the self
study and all supporting documents must be
received by November 1.
For a summer team visit (June - August) the self
study and all supporting documents must be
received by April * This is for international programs.

Consist of individuals from an ACPHA accredited program
Setting The Schedule
The
amount of time necessary for the team to complete its
work is 3 days, typically a Monday through Wednesday
format. The program must be in session during a visit

Prior to the Visit
In
consultation with the team chair, the program will be
required to create an itinerary that will guide the
accreditation visit.
Schedule should addresses all components of the visit and
the corresponding areas and individuals of the institution
that the team needs to consult with during the visit.

ACPHA
Commission meets twice per year:
Winter Meeting in January/February
Summer Meeting during the ICHRIE Conference

will notify program of decision via letter
Accreditation not granted
Accreditation deferred
