· Prototype development at Siemens TTB / USA

Product and Technology Description
Piezo technology is based on a ceramic material which can transform
electrical energy in mechanical energy and visa versa
The Elliptec Innovation is four fold:
The piezo ceramic is fit in a metal frame, which will start to vibrate
when a electrical signal is applied
The creation of a bidirectional movement with one piezo once the
metal frame is pressed against a driven element
A simple and low cost Motor design which uses only 4 parts
Automated Motor assembly process allows for fast scale of
economics
