PW Butterwick is one of our six sites based in Lincolnshire. We are currently strengthening our site Technical team and seeking to recruit a motivated
and creative individual who has a strong character and exudes positive behaviours in line with our Company values to join our Technical team. The role
will report directly to the Quality Systems Manager .
Within this role you will be helping to shape the future of the Butterwick site by eensuring a standardised approach to New Product Introduction, Process
Improvements and Profit Improvement Projects (PIPs) whilst also ensuring Food Safety and Quality standards are maintained. Ensuring that outcomes
from trials and launches are effectively captured and communicated to all relevant functions.
You will need to have;
√ Numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data
√ Proven successful team working skills
√ Motivated and keen to progress
√ Computer literacy skills
√ Self discipline and a structured approach to improvement
√ Ability to identify and actively plan improvements
