PW Butterwick is one of our six sites based in East Anglia. We are currently seeking to recruit a motivated and creative individual who has a strong
character and exudes positive behaviours in line with our Company values to join our Butterwick team. The role will report directly to the Managing
Director and will work alongside Production, Planning, HS&E, Call Off, Engineering and Logistics Team.
As an experienced Operations Director you will be responsible for:
√ Ensuring deliverability of all planned activity to better budgeted cost
√ Convert the feed stock to the quality standards defined by the customer specification and in line with internal cost expectations
√ Own the internal conversion of our market offer from end to end and achieve 99.8% service level to budgeted costs
√ Drive World Class techniques and performance at a rate and relevant level to the development of the business
√ To lead, coach and develop the Production, Planning, HS&E, Call Off, Engineering and Logistics teams
You will need to have experience of:
√ Extensive food industry back ground from chilled or preferably produce environments
√ 5-6 years previous Senior Management Team level experience
√ Able to demonstrate success in Culture Change Management with program or project management experience desirable
