Produce World Chatteris is one of our six sites based in East Anglia. We are currently seeking to recruit motivated and creative
individuals who have a strong character and exudes positive behaviours in line with our Company values to join our Production teams. The
production roles will report directly to the HR Advisor.
As an experienced HR Officer you will provide comprehensive HR support and be the point of contact for all HR queries on site.
You will need to have;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to engage and motivate your colleagues
- Adaptability and flexibility, with experience of dealing with colleagues at all levels
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Creativity and courage to challenge ways of working
- A professional and proactive approach to your work and a positive attitude
