PW Butterwick is one of our six sites based in Lincolnshire. We are currently strengthening our site Technical team and seeking to recruit a motivated
and creative individual who has a strong character and exudes positive behaviours in line with our Company values to join our Technical team. The role
will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager .
Within this role you will manage the day to day activities of factory compliance and quality teams in line with Produce World values.
Provide guidance and on-going support to the factory compliance and quality teams to facilitate compliance with quality / regulatory
policies, food safety procedures and product specifications. Promote a high standard of awareness and understanding at site level of all
appropriate policies, procedures and product specifications. Create a culture of continuous improvement with in the factory compliance and
quality teams. Measure compliance against defined corporate and customer policies, procedures and product specifications, including
QAS, through independent audit
You will need to have;
√ Minimum 3 years food manufacturing experience
√ Proven successful leadership of a team
√ Experience of working with at least one of the UK major retailers.
√ An understanding of the British Retail Consortium Global Standard for Food Safety
√ Excellent team working skills.
