Parklands High School is a popular and high-achieving school. Levels of achievement have increased markedly over the past
three years, along with many other key aspects of the school’s provision. The school has invested heavily in learning
resources and staff development, and all staff are encouraged to be innovative and reflective in their practice.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and committed colleague to assist the Senior Leadership Team with data analysis and
the creation of the school’s timetable. The successful candidate will analyse the school’s performance using RAISEonline,
SISRA Analytics and the School Performance Tables and present this information to the Deputy Headteacher for Student
Achievement. In addition, the candidate will work closely with the Assistant Headteacher who currently completes the
timetable, with a view to taking full responsibility for this from September 2015. The post holder will also be responsible for
Cover Management. This is a new post and an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and professional team
of teaching and support staff here at Parklands.
