honesty in our services. An owner does not always have the
time or resources to find and screen prospective tenants, as a
property managing company we know what is needed in the
complex and know what to look for in a tenant.

Administration
Our service fee will be a standing 10% p.m.
No extra costs for credit checks or drafting of contracts.

The drafting of a contract between owner and tenant.
Every year a new and revised contract will be drafted between
tenant and owner.
Collection of Deposits and monthly rentals.
Providing statements to owner and tenants.
A helpdesk open from 8h00 to 17h00 weekdays and
emergency number over the weekends for the tenants, this will
allow you as an owner to enjoy a hassle free environment.
Payments
We will collect the deposit and transfer the amount to the owners account and upon every month end
we will collet the monthly rental amount and deposit the amount directly into the owners acount
Services to the owner
Inspection of property
As it is vital to keep a record of all the items, damaged or not in the unit,
ST Property will assist with the walk thru of in-coming and out-going of
occupants, the managing of keys, remotes and welcome packs with the
latest conduct rules will be issued.
Marketing
We use the latest marketing software, that enables us to advertise your
property on a national and local platform.
