We work with people who are seeking accommodation in the
private rented sector who have experienced homelessness and may have
an offending history but are considered low risk by Probation services and
HARP.
We offer landlords a written Bond guarantee in place of a cash deposit on
behalf of our clients and then support tenants to enable them to act
responsibly and maintain their tenancies.
We have good working relationships with local benefit departments to
ensure any issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently should they arise.
We can advise you on changes in the law and up coming legislations,
handle all the paperwork including the inventory and act as mediators if
disputes arise.
We interview all tenants before they approach you and try to match tenants
to suitable properties.
Basically we help take the risk out of letting, making your job easier.
