How has this
reduction in
youth who
“age out”
affected THPPlus?
 In the face of a 40% reduction in youth
“aging out” of foster care, THP-Plus
providers must adopt new, creative
outreach strategies.
 These strategies will help maintain your
housing census until January 1, 2015,
when the number of youth who “age out”
increases.
