External Room Reservation Request User Guide • Open Internet Explorer (or Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) • Go to intranet homepage (if you are not already there) • Click on Forms • Click on Room Reservation Request • On the next slide is an example of the information that you will need to complete. The yellow fields are required, but please fill in any and all information that you can. • Once you submit your request, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. • Please retain this e-mail, as it contains the link to return to your reservation. • You can make modifications to your request by: • Clicking on “click here” in the e-mail confirmation • Make your modifications and submit • NOTE: When changing/modifying a previously confirmed date or time, please be sure to make a note of the date and time you are changing in the notes section. This will help the learning center staff to find the old date and time to release the room. • Once you submit your request, the confirmation page below will be shown: • Copy Feature • From this page you can make several similar requests by clicking on the copy button. The copy button will copy most of the information on your previous request into a new form. • When you use the Copy button you will have to change any information that is required for the new request (ex. date, time, name of meeting etc…) • Modify feature • Modify your request by clicking the modify button. The modify button can be used to add information to your request such as (notes, date change, time change, etc.) • To view your room confirmation: • Click on “Click here to access this form” from the e-mail confirmation • Scroll to the bottom of the form to view milestones/notes with the assigned room and date • To add a note to your request, click on “Add Note” at the bottom of the Reservation Request in the Notes section • Use the notes to inform the Learning Center of any special requests or changes, or where any important information can be recorded. • Note: you can save this link as a favorite if you like (feel free to ask if you have questions as to how to do this).
