NovusAGENDA
 NovusAGENDA is a paperless approach to Board of
Trustees meetings, and
 offers Board members a portal that enables access to
everything in one central repository, and is
 web-based (iPad and Tablet compliant) and empowers
Board members with the ability to
 view upcoming meeting agendas,
 view specific items, along with support materials,
 make private comments on any item for meeting
preparation,
 view past minutes, and
 research past agendas, minutes and personal comments.

Access
 Board members will be prompted by email
when a new UNF Board of Trustees agenda
becomes available.
 http://unfboard.novusagenda.com/ will take
Board members to a login page for
NovusAGENDA.

LOGIN Page
The LOGIN page will allow you to LOGIN to your
proprietary NovusAGENDA account by:
 typing your Username (the first letter of your first name
and complete last name, all lowercase, no spaces),
 typing a preset Password: unfunf, and
 clicking:
mhanderson
unfunf

Welcome Page
 The welcome page will show any upcoming meetings, and
 allow you to view these meetings in HTML format or
PDF format.

Private Comments
 The welcome page will also allow you to create private comments
by:
 clicking on a specific meeting in HTML format, which can be
accessed by clicking under Meeting Date, Meeting Type or
Meeting Location.

 Once you click to view a selected meeting, as an HTML file, you will
have the ability to make private comments.
 To make private comments, you can either (a) click on the Expand All button or
(b) click on the
icon, located to the right of each agenda item.

 Once you have clicked on the:
 Expand All button, or
 the
icon, located to the right of each agenda item, you can
o create, edit or delete private comment(s).
 To create private comment(s), click on the EDIT COMMENT button.

 After you click on the EDIT COMMENT button, a window will appear to
allow you to make your comment(s).
 After you have completed your comment(s), click on SAVE.

 After you have saved your private comment(s), you can
click on the icon to collapse these comment(s).
 You can also click on Print, Expand All or Collapse All
for any selected meeting.

Search
 The welcome page will also allow you to search for past
meetings by:
 clicking on the SEARCH button,
 completing the Search Criteria, and
 clicking on the Search button.

Search Results
 After clicking the search button, a new box will appear displaying the result(s) of your
search.
 Your search result(s) can be viewed as an HTML (recommended) or PDF file.
 To view the results as an HTML file, click on any one of the items under Meeting Date, Meeting Type or
Meeting Location.
 To view the results as a PDF file, click on the item(s) under Agenda PDF. (This may take a few seconds.) The
PDF file will be a complete document, including the agenda and all supporting materials, which can be
printed and/or saved.

Research


The welcome page will also allow you to augment a recent search by
researching through the entire repository. The research function will include
any private comments.
After clicking on the RESEARCH button, a new box will appear that allows you
to enter specific criteria.

 After clicking on the research button, a box will appear to allow
you to enter your research criteria.
 After entering your research criteria, click on the Search button.
 You can view your result(s) as an HTML file or PDF file,
create/edit private comments, and save or print.

 View upcoming meeting agendas and prepare for
meetings with notes,
 view specific items along with support material,
 make private comments on any item, for your own
purposes,
 view past minutes,
 review draft minutes prior to voting on these, and
 research past agendas, minutes and private comments.
