Area of applicability: All ECAC States except Armenia, Azerbaijan,
Georgia
Initial Operational Capability (IOC): 09/2013
Full Operational Capability (FOC): 12/2017
The objective will ensure the progressive deployment of free route
airspace.
It covers the Interim Deployment Programme part of the free route
implementation
Aligned with the European Route Network Improvement Plan (ERNIP)

place through the ERND function of the Network Manager.
