Comprehensive Explanation
 Area of applicability: All ECAC States except Armenia, Azerbaijan,
Georgia
 Initial Operational Capability (IOC): 09/2013
Full Operational Capability (FOC): 12/2017
 The objective will ensure the progressive deployment of free route
airspace.
 It covers the Interim Deployment Programme part of the free route
implementation
 Aligned with the European Route Network Improvement Plan (ERNIP)

Attention to the applicability to the Military stakeholders as airspace users (pilots

 To ensure appropriate progress on this Objective, full coordination shall take
place through the ERND function of the Network Manager.
