Soccer
• There are 11 players
• The object of the game is to score the most goals.
• There are many different line-ups arranging the defense
and offense, plus a keeper. For example, you could play a
three, four, three, or a two, five, three, plus the keeper.
• Each tactic has its own advantages.
• Only the keeper is allowed to use their hands within the 18
yard line.
• If the ball goes out of bounds on the side lines, it’s a throw
in, but if it goes out on the backline, depending on which
team kicked it, it is either a goal kick on the 6 yard line, or a
corner kick.
Volleyball
• There are 6 players on the court.
• The object of each game is for a team to score 25
points. There are at least three games to play.
• The team uses their hands to pass the ball.
• When the other team scores a point, the other team
rotates on the court.
• You could only pass the ball three times in order to
send it over the net.
• The setter is the most important player on the court
because they pass the ball to an outside or inside
player so they could spike it over the net.
Basketball
• There are 5 players on each team on the court.
• The object of this game is to score as many
baskets as you can before time runs out.
• If you score a basket within the three point arc,
you earn two points. If you score a basket outside
the three point line, you earn three points.
• If the referee calls a foul, a player could shoot
either one, two or three foul shots depending on
the circumstances.
